V&M Star official is guest speaker at industrial roundtable Friday

LIBERTY — The Youngstown Steel Heritage Foundation hosts its inaugural industrial heritage roundtable Friday with guest speaker Dan Mihalik of V&M Start at the Youngstown Country Club, 1402 Country Club Drive.

The event begins with a social hour at 11:30 a.m., and the lunch and speaking program starts at noon.

The roundtable will explore the present and future of the area’s industry and manufacturing. Mihalik, Eastern Regional Sales Manager for V&M Star, will speak about the company’s investment in steelmaking at the former Brier Hill Works of Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co.
