Chili, soup cook-off set Saturday at church

A chili and soup cook-off is planned Saturday at Howland United Methodist Church, 730 Howland-Wilson Road.

Judging will begin at 5 p.m.

Dinner will consist of all-you-can-eat chili and soup, hot dogs, chips and beverage.

After dinner, the movie, “Welcome to Paradise” will be shown.

Cost is $8 for adults and $5 for children 12 and younger. All proceeds go to Relay for Life. Reservations are appreciated but not required. Call 330-856-3473.
