Black History Month program Thursday at Youngstown school

YOUNGSTOWN — Martin Luther King Elementary School, 2724 Mariner Ave., will have a Black History Month program at 1:30 p.m. Thursday. The program will include dancing, poetry, skits, singing, and guest speaker businessman James Washington.
