Where to Get Your Friday Fish Fry Fix

American Legion Post 737, 16465 Milton Ave., Lake Milton, will serve fried fish, chicken or shrimp from 3 to 7 p.m. Each meal is $8.50 for adults, $5 for children under 12 and free for those 3 and under. A fish sandwich is $5.50. For carryouts call 330-654-5630. There also will be live entertainment from 7 to 11 p.m.

Beaver Creek Sportsman Club, 14480 Washingtonville Road, Washingtonville, will serve fish or shrimp dinners from 4 to 7 p.m. Dinners are sit-down or carryout. Cost is $9 for fish and $8 for shrimp.

Canfield Lions Club will have a fish fry from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at A La Cart Catering, 429 Lisbon St.

East Side Crime Watch, 1001 Oak St., Youngstown, will serve fish or chicken dinners from 11:30 a.m. until gone. Cost is $7.50 for fish, $6.50 for chicken wings and $.50 for pop. For information, call 330-742-4880.

First Presbyterian Church, 3654 Main St., Mineral Ridge, will serve fish dinners from 5 to 7 p.m. Dinners are $8 for adults and $4 for children. Carryouts will be available.

Girard Knights of Columbus will serve fish dinners from 4 to 7 p.m. at the hall, 122 S. State St. Cost is $7.50 for adults, $4.50 for children 4 to 12 and free for kids 3 and under. Pop and water are an additional 50 cents each. The children’s menu is macaroni and cheese. Carryout is available; call 330-545-3432.

Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church, 53 Laird Ave., will serve fish dinners from 3:30 to 7 p.m. at the church hall. The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children. Dessert will be an additional $1.50. Containers will be provided for takeouts. Orders will be accepted from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 330-792-1005.

Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish Center, 4500 Norquest Blvd., Austintown, will serve fish dinners from 4 to 7 p.m. Adult meals cost $10; a child’s meal is $5. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the parish’s eighth-grade class field trip to New York City.

National Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon will serve fish dinners from 3 to 7 p.m. The cost will be $10 for adults and $6 for children. Carryouts will be available; call 330-538-3351.

St. Brendan Church, 144 N. Schenley Ave., Youngstown, will serve fish dinners from 4 to 7 p.m. in the church hall. The cost is $9 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under. An extra piece of fish is $5, and extra sides are $2 or $3. Luncheon specials from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. are for takeout orders only for a dinner for $9 or a sandwich and side for $6. St. Nicholas Moms and Dads Club will sponsor a fish dinner at St. Nicholas Church Great Hall, 764 Fifth St., Struthers. A $6 lunch special for takeout only will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Phone orders to 330-755-5859. Dinner hours are 3 to 7 p.m. Meals cost $8.50 for adults and $4.25 for children; meals are free for age 5 and under. There will be no advance orders.

VFW Post 9571, 11397 Ellsworth Road, Ellsworth, is sponsoring an all-you-can-eat fish fry from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Also available will be four-piece chicken, chicken fingers or shrimp dinners. Cost is $8 for adults and $7.50 for seniors.

VFW Triangle Post 2799, 3161 E. South Range Road, New Springfield, will have a fish fry from 5 to 8 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children 10 and under.
