County, state, and federal offices: Closed.

Schools: Youngstown, New Castle, Niles, Sharon, closed today and Monday; Warren, Salem, Youngstown Diocese, closed Monday.

Universities: Youngstown State and Kent State at Trumbull, open.

Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA): Will operate a Saturday schedule.

Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, Bristol Public Library, Bristolville, Hubbard Public Library, McKinley Memorial Library, Niles, Kinsman Free Public Library, open. Girard Free Library, Warren-Trumbull and Newton Falls Public Library, closed.

Stock market: Stifel Nicolaus, closed.

Banks: Chase Bank, open. Charter One, Cortland Banks, Farmers National Bank, First National Bank, First Place Bank, Warren, Home Federal Savings & Loan, Niles, Home Savings & Loan, Huntington Bank, Austintown, Key Bank, PNC Ohio, PNC Pennsylvania, closed.

Trash collection: Allison Brothers Inc., Allied Waste, Waste Management, Warren City Environmental Services, Waste-Tech Services, all will follow their normal pickup schedule.
