A 42-year-old Youngstown man told police a man pulled him out of his 2003 Cadillac Seville, stealing the vehicle.

The man said he was driving about 10 p.m. Thursday on the corner of Albert Street and Republic Avenue when he was flagged down by someone he thought he knew, according to a police report. But the motorist didn’t know the man, who pulled him out of his car and drove away, the report states. No weapon was involved, according to the report.
