Film will be shown at Butler Institute

The Youngstown-Warren chapter, Carpatho-Rusyn Society (C-RS) is sponsoring a film “Half Past Three” at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 24 at the Butler Institute of American Art, Wick Ave.

The film is about daily life of the local people in Transcarpathia, Russia, a place where the flow of time has stopped but it doesn’t really bother anyone; they know that life is a gift.
