Local teen attends Fair Convention

Haley Drake, daughter of Todd and Darlynne Drake of Salem and a senior at United High School, represented Columbiana County in the Ohio Fairs Queen Contest recently at the 88th Annual Ohio Fair Managers Convention in Columbus.

She participated with 67 queens from around the state.

John Wolf, Paul Lease, Robin Houlette, Tom Moore, Brenda Smallwood, Owen and Tresa Unkefer, Scott and April Stear and Elmer and Lynnelle Zimmerman, all of the fair board, attended many sessions and meetings, and 21 members of the Junior Fair Board attended Junior Fair Day.
