Columbiana Area Chamber of Commerce will announce award recipients at the 60th annual awards banquet Feb. 24 at the Dutch Village Inn, 150 state Route 14.
The event will include hors d’oeurves, dinner and dessert. Speaker for the evening will be Steven T. Ruwoldt, president and chief executive officer of Salem Community Hospital.
Tickets are $25 per person, and reservations are due by Friday by calling the chamber at 330-482-3822 from 9 a.m. to noon or by visiting www.columbianachamber.com to find event forms.
Awards will be presented to the following honorees: Dallas Lehman, Educator of the Year; Tanner Perkins, Young Citizen of the Year; Graft Electric, Business of the Year; Keith Chamberlin and Jay Groner, Lifetime of Service; and Ginny Perkins and Larry Diedrick, Outstanding Community Service.
The Business Development Committee of the chamber will honor Buckeye Transfer Realty LLC for adaptive reuse and upgrading, All Points Physical Medicine for business expansion, Crestview Performing Arts Center for new construction and the City of Columbiana for special community improvement.
Milestone awards will be given to Sitler’s Flowers & Greenhouse, PHD Manufacturing Inc., HRG Inc. and Farmers National Bank.
