Howland residents can get free smoke detectors Saturday

HOWLAND — Howland Fire Department will give out free smoke detectors at the Bolindale Fire Station, 3403 Ridge Road SE, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday to Howland residents.

The program is targeted for Bolindale residents. One smoke detector per household will be provided with proof of Howland residency and a photo identification.
