Kevin Costner and band coming to Packard Music Hall

WARREN — Kevin Costner and Modern West will come to W.D. Packard Music Hall for an April 22 concert.

Tickets go on sale Tuesday with prices ranging from $35 to $100. A limited number of VIP tickets, which include a reception with Costner, will be available at $150.

Kevin Costner and Modern West is a country-rock band led by the actor who starred in the movies “Dances With Wolves,” “Bull Durham,” “The Bodyguard” and “Waterworld.”

Proceeds from the concert, promoted by Sunrise Entertainment, will benefit Valley restaurateur Richard “Chook” Alberini, who was recently diagnosed with cancer.

Alberini was chef and owner of the Niles restaurant that bore his family name. Alberini’s restaurant closed in March.

The concert evening will include a basket auction and a raffle.
