OSHP continues investigation into traffic death in Salem Township

LISBON — The Ohio State Highway Patrol continues its investigation into the cause of an accident that killed a woman Saturday afternoon in Salem Township.

According to a patrol report, Pamela J. Yeager, 42, of Carrollton Township, was pronounced dead at the scene of the one-car accident on state Route 164 at 2:25 p.m.

The patrol today was still trying to determine if her death was the result of a medical condition before the crash or from the crash itself.
