GROW Program schedules workshops

WARREN

The GROW Program of Warren, part of Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership, is offering a free workshop series for anyone interested in a leadership position in a community garden. To participate, apply to Sheila Calko, GROW Program manager, at sheila@tnpwarren.org.

Following is a tentative outline of the series:

Starting a new garden or developing an existing garden. TNP, 170 N. Park Ave., 6 to 8 p.m. Feb. 10, 17 and 24.

Sharing success and challenges (summer/fall). One to three meetings to share successes and challenges at the gardens and help each other with problem-solving as well as continued planning.
