St. Christine Church was the setting of the noon July 27 exchange of vows for Ashley Ruozzo and Donald C. Dudley Jr. The Rev. Christopher Cicero officiated.

The couple were honored at a reception at The Elmtree in Struthers.

The bride is the daughter of Teresa Ruozzo and Louis Ruozzo, both of Struthers. The groom is the son of Donald Dudley of Clearwater, Fla., and the late Diana Allen.

The bride wore a white strapless pick-up ball gown featuring a sweetheart neckline and beaded lace. The ensemble was completed with a two-tier veil with scalloped edges, beaded flowers and sequins.

The bride’s sister Amanda Ruozzo was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Ashley Klingelhofer; Rachel Kelly; Amber Harman; Samantha Gigax; Samantha Dudley, the groom’s cousin; and junior bridesmaid Khristina Dudley, the groom’s sister. Flower girls were Katherine DePinto, cousin of the bride, and Kaydynce Charlton, niece of the groom. The attendants wore pewter-colored dresses.

The groom’s cousin, Patrick Allen, performed duties of best man. Groomsmen were Nicholas Dudley, the groom’s brother; Joshua Kelly; Michael Heldreth; Eric Sheffield; and Louis Ruozzo IV, the bride’s brother. Nicholas Dudley and Louis Ruozzo V, the nephews of the groom and bride, respectively, were ring bearers.

The bride earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Youngstown State University and a doctorate in pharmacy from Northeast Ohio Medical University. She is a pharmacist at the Medicine Shoppe in Warren.

The groom received an associate’s degree in criminal justice from YSU. He works in security at Akron Children’s Hospital in Boardman.

After a honeymoon to Myrtle Beach, S.C., the couple live in Austintown.
