CASA/GAL program receives toys

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Cub Scout Pack 114 and the Iron Order Motorcycle Club, Youngstown chapter, donated toys for the Mahoning County CASA/GAL program children. The Mahoning County CASA Program trains volunteers to speak up for abused and neglected children in juvenile court. The program is a nonprofit organization that depends on grants, donations and fundraisers.
