Ohio woman shot to death on Christmas

LOGAN, Ohio

Authorities say a woman is dead after an attempted murder-suicide in the parking lot of a mall on Christmas Day.

It happened about 6 p.m. Wednesday outside a Tractor Supply store in Logan. Police said Teresa Bickley, 30, of Glouster was killed, and the man who shot her — Phillip Loschiavo, 30, of Bremen — then turned the gun on himself. He was taken to a Columbus hospital with serious injuries.
