Mahoning commissioners make board appointments for 2014

YOUNGSTOWN — In appointments effective Wednesday, Mahoning County commissioners named Martin Loney to the Western Reserve Port Authority; re-appointed Jack A. Gruber to the county board of developmental disabilities; and re-appointed Steven Gondol and John Jakubec to the Western Reserve Transit Authority.
