Ohio woman killed in Christmas Day shooting

LOGAN, Ohio (AP) — Authorities in southeast Ohio say a woman is dead after an attempted murder-suicide in the parking lot of a mall on Christmas Day.

It happened at about 6 p.m. Wednesday outside of a Tractor Supply store at the Hocking Valley Mall in Logan, about 50 miles southeast of Columbus.

Police said 30-year-old Teresa Bickley of Glouster was killed, and the man who shot her — 30-year-old Phillip Loschiavo of Bremen — then turned the gun on himself. He was taken to a Columbus hospital with serious injuries. His condition was unavailable this afternoon.

Investigators are still trying to find out what led up to the shooting.
