All state offices: closed today.

Federal offices: closed today.

Schools: Warren, Youngstown, closed today; Niles, Salem, closed through Thursday; New Castle, closed through Jan. 1; Sharon, closed through Jan. 3.

Universities: Youngstown State, closed through Friday; Kent State Trumbull Campus, closed through Jan. 2.

Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA): Closed today.

Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, Warren-Trumbull, Newton Falls Public Library, Hubbard Public Library, Bristol Public Library - Bristolville, McKinley Memorial Library - Niles, closed today; Kinsman Free Public Library, Girard Free Library, closed through Thursday.

Stock market: Closed today.

Banks: First National Bank, Cortland Banks, Home Federal Savings & Loan - Niles, Home Savings & Loan, Farmers National Bank, First Place Bank - Warren, Charter One, Huntington Bank- Austintown, Key Bank, PNC Ohio, PNC Pennsylvania, Chase Bank, all closed today.
