LaBrae School District gets kudos from Auditor of State

LEAVITTSBURG — The LaBrae School District has received the Auditor of State Award for having received a clean audit recently. It was one of 12 entities receiving the award Tuesday.

The award goes to local governments and school districts upon the completion of a financial audit who provide timely financial information to the Ohio auditor’s office.

To be eligible for the award, the entity must not have any findings for recovery, material citations, material weaknesses, significant deficiencies or questioned costs in its audit.
