City offices: Youngstown, Niles, Salem, closed Wednesday; New Castle, Sharon, closed noon today and closed Wednesday; Warren, closed 1 p.m. today and closed Wednesday; Newton Falls Municipal Court, closed noon today through Thursday.
County offices: Mahoning, Columbiana, closed Wednesday; Mercer, closing noon today and closed Wednesday; Trumbull, closed today and Wednesday; Lawrence, closed today through Thursday.
All state offices: closed Wednesday.
Federal offices: closed Wednesday.
Schools: Youngstown, closed today and Wednesday; Warren, closed through Wednesday; Niles, Salem, closed today through Thursday; New Castle, closed through Jan. 1; Sharon, closed through Jan. 3.
Universities: Youngstown State, closed Wednesday through Friday; Kent State at Trumbull, closed through Jan. 2.
Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA): No night service tonight and closed Wednesday.
Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, Warren-Trumbull, Newton Falls Public Library, Hubbard Public Library, Bristol Public Library-Bristolville, McKinley Memorial Library-Niles, closed today and Wednesday; Kinsman Free Public Library, Girard Free Library, closed today through Thursday.
Stock market: Markets close 1 p.m. today and closed Wednesday.
Banks: First National Bank, closed noon today and closed Wednesday; Cortland Banks, Home Federal Savings & Loan-Niles, Home Savings & Loan, Farmers National Bank, First Place Bank-Warren, closed 1 p.m. today and closed Wednesday; Charter One, Huntington Bank- Austintown, Key Bank, PNC Ohio, PNC Pennsylvania, closed 2 p.m. today and closed Wednesday; Chase Bank, closed 3 p.m. today and closed Wednesday.
