Deanna Gerberry and Andrew Kies exchanged vows July 5 at Tabernacle Evangelical Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Dean Jauss officiated at the 3:30 p.m. ceremony, and a reception followed at The Lake Club in Poland.

Her parents are Kathy and Ron Gerberry of Canfield, and his parents are Kathy and Paul Kies of Detroit.

After a honeymoon in St. Lucia, the couple reside in Dublin, Ohio.

The bride wore an A-line lace-over-satin ivory gown featuring a chapel train.

The bride’s cousin Sarah Gerberry was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Lauren Gerberry, the bride’s sister-in-law; Sally and Elizabeth Kies, the groom’s sisters-in-law; Emily Jordan; Melissa Smith; and Lindsey Leslie. The attendants wore navy-blue-colored dresses.

Brother of the groom Christopher Kies was the best man.

Groomsmen were Paul A. Kies, the groom’s brother; Ronald and Daniel Gerberry, the bride’s brothers; Ryan Kalb, the groom’s cousin; Marcus Jauss; and Brett Miller.

Mrs. Kies earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in labor and human resources from Ohio State University. She is director of human resources for the Columbus Recreation and Parks Department.

Her husband earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational behavior at Wright State University and is a sales manager for Dayton Superior in Dayton.
