Reception marks 50th milestone for Arnsbergers

AUSTINTOWN

A reception took place Nov. 30 at A La Cart Catering in Canfield honoring Jerry and Carolyn Arnsberger of Austintown for their 50th wedding anniversary.

Hosting the celebration were their daughters, Shannon (Paul) Ousterhout of Arvada, Colo., and Marsha (David) Benjamin of Hebron, Ky. In addition, the Arnsbergers have four grandchildren.

The former Carolyn Burgess and Mr. Arnsberger were married Dec. 22, 1963, in Capron United Methodist Church in Capron, Va.

They both are members of Western Reserve United Methodist Church. She is a member of United Methodist Women, and he is a member of Mahoning Valley Civil War Roundtable. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1962 to 1970.

Mrs. Arnsberger is a homemaker and Mr. Arnsberger retired in 2008 as a service manager for Johnson Controls in Youngstown.
