Stambaugh Auditorium was the setting of the Oct. 12 wedding of Brianne Carlon and Robert Rush. The Rev. Rick Enlow of Old North Church in Canfield officiated at the 5 p.m. ceremony. A reception followed at Stambaugh.

Philip and Barb Carlon of Boardman are the parents of the bride, and Paul and Jacki Rush of Vienna are the parents of the groom.

The bride is a graduate of Kent State University and earned a degree in journalism. She is content director of Kuno Creative in Avon, Ohio.

Her husband is attending the University of Toledo. He is a nurse at Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center.

After a wedding trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple reside in Rocky River, Ohio.

Her wedding gown featured asymmetrical draping across the sheath body. It was adorned with jewelry-inspired straps and an open back. A sweetheart neckline and crystal buttons completed the gown.

Brooke Vaughn and Brittany Carlon, sisters of the bride, were her honor attendants. Bridesmaids were Jamie Bentfeld, Laura Savarin and Amanda Fulmer.

The attendants wore black gowns.

Brad Vaughn, the bride’s brother-in-law, performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Jason Pridon; Philip Carlon, the bride’s brother; Chris Rush, the groom’s brother; and Scott Foreman.
