Legislators, doctor to discuss medical marijuana use

YOUNGSTOWN — Ohio Senate Minority Leader Joe Schiavoni of Boardman, D-33rd, and state Rep. Robert F. Hagan of Youngstown, D-58th, will join a local doctor, Thomas E. Albani, and others at 11 a.m. Thursday at the B&O Banquet Hall, 530 Mahoning Ave., to discuss the use of marijuana for medical purposes.
