Network Solutions seeks tax assistance from state for proposed site in Youngstown

Network Solutions Provider will appear today before the Ohio Tax Credit Authority requesting tax-credit assistance for a proposed site in Youngstown.

The Long Beach, Calif.-based company offers voice over Internet protocol, digital signal, satellite, Ethernet, wireless and telephone systems services.

According to Inc., the company has grown by 867 percent in the past three years and added 22 jobs in 2013. The company had revenue in 2012 of $7.9 million.

There is no information provided about the request prior to the vote. If the request is approved, a project scope will be available, according to Stephanie Gostomski, spokeswoman for the Ohio Development Services Agency.
