DL Ryan Phillis, Jr., Boardman: Started all 12 games, recording 16 tackles, including 2.5 for loss with one sack. He also broke up a pass for the Hoosiers (5-7, 3-5 Big Ten).

RB LeShun Daniels, Fr., Warren Harding: Played in seven games, carrying 36 times for 142 yards for the Hawkeyes (8-4, 5-3).

RB De’Veon Smith, Fr., Howland: Played in 11 games, carrying 22 times for 110 yards for the Wolverines (7-5, 3-5).
RB Fitzgerald Toussaint, Sr., Liberty: Played in 11 games with 10 starts, carrying 183 times for 646 yards with 12 TDs. Also caught 17 passes for 203 yards and made one tackle.

S Kurtis Drummond, Soph., Hubbard. Started all 13 games for the Spartans (12-1, 8-0) and made 86 tackles, second-highest on the team. Earned first team all-conference from the coaches and second team from the media.

Earned honorable mention all-conference honors from the coaches and second team from the media.

OL Corey Linsley, Sr., Boardman. Started all 13 games at center for the Buckeyes (12-1, 8-0). Earned first team All-Big Ten honors from both the conference coaches and the media.
TE J.T. Moore, Jr., Boardman: Appeared in nine games but did not record any statistics.
LS George Makridis, Sr., Warren Harding: Appeared in 11 games but did not record any statistics.
