CANFIELD

Mr. and Mrs. Edward Simko of Canfield are announcing the engagement of their son, Peter Steven Simko, and Chelsea Janet Muyskens, both of Columbus.

Alan Muyskens of Houston and Karen Muyskens of San Antonio are the parents of the future bride.

The couple are planning a 2:30 p.m. wedding Jan. 19 at St. Gregory of Nyssa Orthodox Church in Columbus.

A reception will follow at the Darby House in Galloway, Ohio.

The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and biology at Case Western Reserve University and works in Columbus.

The prospective groom earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Case Western Reserve. He works as a civil engineer for WD Partners Inc. in Columbus.
