Cruze plant starts working overtime Feb. 1

LORDSTOWN

The Lordstown plant will add Saturday overtime production days starting Feb. 1, which is a positive sign for the Chevrolet Cruze.

The plant is scheduled to begin working every other Saturday starting on Feb. 1 and those additional hours are expected to continue throughout the next 40 weeks. The company has sent a letter to suppliers informing them they should prepare for the increased volume.
