Effort underway to collect Toys for Tots beginning next week

VIENNA — The Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport, the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves and American Red Cross are teaming up to collect for Toys for Tots on Wednesday to Dec. 19.

For every gift donated, the donor will be entered into a drawing for two round-trip tickets from Allegiant Air for travel from the local Airport.

Participants are asked to bring unwrapped, new toys either to the airport information counter, 1453 Youngstown-Kingsville Road, or the American Red Cross, 661 Mahoning Ave. in Warren 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday to Dec. 19.

Drop times at the airport are 1 to 5 p.m. Wednesday; 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday; 5 to 9 p.m. Friday; 2:30 to 5 p.m. Saturday; 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Dec. 16; and 3 to 7 p.m. Dec. 19.
