Russ Carter, manager at the Austintown Quaker Steak & Lube, took home the Impact Manager of the Year award at the wing franchise’s annual conference in November. The franchise’s Canton restaurant won the cleanliness award.

FINANCE

Scott E. Dodds will join Consumers National Bank as senior vice president and senior lender of its western region, replacing Phillip Suarez, who will retire at the end of the 2014 fiscal year. Dodds, an University of Akron graduate who has logged 28 years in the financial services industry, will also take on an executive management role in the bank’s mortgage services department.

INSURANCE

Tunno Insurance Agency, an independent agency serving Boardman and the surrounding area, earned the designation of senior partner from Grange Insurance for its experience, professionalism and superior performance in selling Grange products.
