Andersons mark 65th milestone in marriage

Roy and RoseMary Anderson of Boardman celebrated their 65 years of marriage with a family dinner Nov. 8 at The Fireplace Restaurant in Poland.

The couple have four daughters: Darlene (Geoff Knight) of Hudson, Denise (Ed) Moore of Boardman, and Deborah (Robert) Hooks and Doreen Anderson, all of Youngstown.

They also have eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

The former RoseMary Troll married Mr. Anderson on Nov. 8, 1948, in Youngstown.

She retired from St. Elizabeth Hospital in 1991, where she worked as a licensed practical nurse.

Mr. Anderson retired in 2010 from Ace Lumber in Youngstown.

He is a U.S. Army veteran.

The Andersons are members of Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church in Youngstown.
