Sebring man indicted on child sex-porn charges

YOUNGSTOWN

A Mahoning County grand jury has indicted a Sebring man on charges that he used and distributed sexually oriented material involving a minor.

Daniel W. Nutt, 23, McKinley Avenue, was indicted on 10 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material and five counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.

On the first 10 counts, Nutt is accused of viewing or downloading pictures of a minor not his own child engaging in sexual activity Feb. 13.

The other five counts involve other photos involving a minor Nov. 22, 2012.

Others indicted by the grand jury are:

Bradley S. Salus, 35, North Osborn Avenue, breaking and entering, possessing criminal tools and receiving stolen property.

Christopher Lanterman, 22, Hillcrest Drive, Lake Milton, possession of heroin.

Keera Hays, 38, East Judson Avenue, identity fraud.

Gennaro Brocious, 25, Barrington Drive, Austintown, possession of heroin.

Jesse Drnek, 33, Riblet Road, Austintown, domestic violence.

Lucas Hammond, 23, Kirk Road, Austintown, theft.

Brian Romine, 33, Miller Street, menacing by stalking, telecommunications harassment, menacing by stalking and violation of a protection order.

Devon C. Smallwood, 19, East Avondale Avenue, aggravated possession of drugs and receiving stolen property.

Steven Direnzo, 19, Halls Heights Avenue, burglary and theft.
