Motorcylist injured in crash with SUV on SR 305

A seriously injured motorcyclist, who did not wear a helmet, was taken by ambulance to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown after he rear-ended a sport utility vehicle on state Route 305 Friday evening.

The eastbound motorcyclist, Guy A. McGregor, 50, of Warren, struck the SUV driven by Steven Orgovan, 44, of Weirton, W.Va., at high speed after the SUV, which was also eastbound, pulled out of a private business at about 9:15 p.m., the Ohio State Highway Patrol said.

Orgovan and his passenger were not injured.
