Two receive certificates

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR John Schinker, left, presented two certificates to Dave Causer for his leadership to the Men’s Garden Club of Youngstown’s youth garden activities. The first certificate is from the Central Great Lakes Region and the second is from the National Men’s Garden Club of America.
