Alumni chapter presents scholarship

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR The Penn State Alumni Chapter of Greater Youngstown annual scholarship award dinner took place Aug. 14. Members presented the $1,000 Allen Udell Scholarship to incoming freshman Lydia Scheel of Canfield, who will attend University Park and study energy, business and finance. The chapter has awarded about $20,000 to students from Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties since 1997.
