Susany-Pursel rites announced for September

AUSTINTOWN

John and Linda Susany of Austintown are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Lisa Susany, and Daniel Pursel, both of Las Vegas.

Thomas Pursel of Las Vegas and the late Joan Pursel are the parents of the future groom.

The couple are planning a 2 p.m. ceremony Sept. 21 at St. Joseph, Husband of Mary, Church. A reception will follow at TPC Summerlin Country Club. Both are in Las Vegas, and invitations will be extended for both. Invitations also will be issued for a local reception Sept. 27 at the Davis Center at Fellows Riverside Gardens.

The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Ohio State University. She is a marketing manager for MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas.

Her fiancé attended Marymount College and University of Nevada, Reno. He is a financial consultant for J.D. Byrider in Las Vegas.
