American Legion plans benefit

Sebring American Legion Post 76 Ladies’ Auxiliary is planning a benefit for Phil Blevins, a member of VFW 6730 and the Legion, from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Tickets are sold out but baked goods are needed. Deliver items to the VFW 6730, 206 E. Ohio Ave., after 11 a.m. Saturday.

The legion’s monthly breakfast will be Sept. 1 and also will benefit Blevins.

The next meeting will take place at 7 p.m. Sept. 11.

Cookbooks are now available for $7 each.
