Breakfast Botany

When: Friday, 8:30 to 10 a.m.

Info: Start your morning with a brisk walk to see plants growing in the gardens. Return to Garden Cafe to enjoy a light breakfast and hear interesting facts about oak trees.

HORTICULTURE show

What: Men’s Garden Club 49th show

When: Saturday, Sunday.

Details: Youth and adult entries accepted 7 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday. Vegetables, flowers and other garden bounty. Public welcome.

DAHLIA SHOW

What: Mahoning Valley Dahlia Society’s 10th Annual Dahlia Show

Where: Davis Education Center, Fellows Riverside Gardens, Mill Creek MetroParks.

Details: Judges will select special blooms from hundreds for awards and the court of honor.
