SNAPZ: Be a Sport

One of the more popular activities of summer is to compete on — or watch from the stands — the area’s numerous baseball and soccer teams.

So for next month’s Snapz feature we are asking you to be a sport and dig out a favorite picture of a child, spouse, neighbor or friend who is a player on one of the area’s not-so-major-league teams that draw family and friends to the competitive game field. Or, make it a picture of some spectators enjoying themselves at a game.

We’ll publish a few of the ones we receive in our Sunday, Sept. 1, edition, and they’ll all be posted on our website.
