Scoring for the Falcons were Nate Bowlen, Alex Kilpatrick and Ben Conley. Providing assists for the Falcons were Ben Guillespie, Bowlen and Tommy Duffy. The Austintown defense did not allow a shot. JV: Fitch, 5-0.

Poland 4, Boardman 2

BOARDMAN

Jacob Roemer scored twice for Poland and Anthony Sabula added a goal and two assists. Steve Bissel also scored and Matt Slaven had an assist for the Bulldogs who got a six-save effort in goal from Brian Montgomery. Andrew Gable scored both goals for Boardman. Bryan Fryda made seven saves for the Spartans.

Crestview 3, Canfield 2

CANFIELD

Corey Kissinger, Tony Marr and Greg Bable scored for the Rebels. Earning assists Josh McGoogan, Marr and Clay Linhart. Caleb McGath led the defense for Crestview with 21 stops and goalkeeper Nick Dean made eight saves. Brady Clark scored both goals for the Cardinals. Goalkeeper Jeff Joseph made one save and Trevor Wilson three saves.

South Range 5, Beaver Local 0

LISBON

Cat Shuler stopped all six shots she face to help lead South Range to a shutout victory over Beaver Local. The Lady Raiders spread around the scoring with Elaina Kimpel, Lauren Baer, Devin Allen, Makenzie Ferenchak, and Casey Linstrom each netting a goal.

Tiffany Alberti scored the Falcons’ goal on an assist by Kaelyn Puhalla. Goalkeeper Andra Precurato made nine saves in Fitch’s opener. For the Vikings (0-0-1), Sara Horning score and Adrienne Sarbaugh made 10 saves. JV: Fitch, 7-0.
