Frascas' celebrate birthdays at S.C.O.P.E. Center

Niles S.C.O.P.E. Center, 14 E. State St., recently honored Tony and Helen Frasca of Howland with red roses for their birthdays. Frasca is 97, and his wife, Helen, is 91. Mr. Frasca has worked as an independent insurance agent since 1946 and is presently working for Aflac. He regularly attends the 500 bid card tournament at the center and plays drums with the Paul Rossi Band.
