YSU Marching Pride to give free performance Saturday night at Stambaugh

YOUNGSTOWN

Get a sneak peek of what’s to come this season for the Youngstown State University marching band as the YSU Dana School of Music presents “Meet the YSU Marching Pride” at 7:30 p.m. Saturday in Stambaugh Stadium.

The event is the Marching Pride’s first performance of the year featuring many of the selections it will perform during the upcoming football season.

“Band Camp has been fun and productive,” Brandt Payne, director of YSU Bands said. “We invite the public to get a look at our fall line-up.”

The performance is free and open to the public, although donations will be accepted at the door.
