Labor Day weekend to feature boat parade

GUILFORD LAKE

Labor Day weekend will be celebrated at Guilford Lake with a lighted boat parade Aug. 31.

The parade will begin at 8 p.m. with boats lining up in front of the Guilford Lake Grille and cruising to Mark’s Landing.

Boats will keep their lights on and cruise all weekend.
