AUSTINTOWN
Adeline Balzic and William Bakos, both of Austintown, exchanged wedding vows at 2 p.m. May 25 at St. Joseph Church. The Rev. Gregory Fedor officiated, and a reception honored the couple at St. Mary’s Assumption Social Center in Youngstown.
Parents of the couple are Ken and Pam Balzic and Tim and Becky Bakos, all of Austintown.
The bride wore an over-the-shoulder taffeta ball gown featuring ruched pickups and an asymmetric draped bodice embellished with beaded flowers, metallic embroidery and pearl accents.
The bride’s sister, Emily Balzic, and Jeseca Lindberg, were maids of honor.
Bridesmaids were Marla Morton; the bride’s cousins, Carie Stickle, Tori Baker and Mackenzie Baker; and Nicole Bakos, the groom’s sister. The attendants wore fuchsia gowns trimmed with green accents.
Alexa Vargo was the flower girl.
The groom’s brother, Alan Bakos, and Justin Raimey shared the duties of best man.
Groomsmen were Steve Stefanoff and Jarred Measmer, the groom’s cousins; Bobby Frazzini; Kenny Balzic, the bride’s brother; and Ryan Tunison.
The bride’s cousin Will Brush was the ring bearer.
The bride earned an associate degree in early childhood education from Youngstown State University. She works in customer service for Marc’s in Austintown.
The groom earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from YSU. He is a stock clerk at Marc’s.
After a wedding trip to San Diego, the couple reside in Austintown.
