Returning from 19 days in Italy, Austria, Switzerland and France, members of the Youngstown delegation of People to People Student Ambassadors program brought many memories and experiences with them. They participated in social, governmental and cultural activities during their visit, and also had a three day homestay with families in Munich, Germany.

Highlights of the trip were the Roman Coliseum, Eiffel Tower, Versailles Palace, Vienna Symphony, European Union Parliament and Matthausen concentration camp.

Students were from Trumbull, Mahoning, Columbiana counties and western Pennsylvania.

Next year’s group will be forming soon, with meetings at Fitch High School on Oct. 21 and 22. Interested students may contact Harold Wilson at 330 799-4871 or Gary Reel at 330 533-7712.
