Mixed results expected for Youngstown in state report cards

Preliminary data from the state shows that Youngstown City School students performed better in 2012-13 than in 2011-12 in 13 of 24 areas, but more poorly in 10 others.

One area showed no change.

The Ohio Department of Education is expected to release official report cards later this month.
