What: Enjoy a morning with fellow gardeners. Bring plant, seeds or bulbs to exchange. Learn to use recycled items in the garden.

What: Add interest with textures, colors of trees and shrubs. Join Lynn Zocolo, garden educator.

Breakfast Botany

When: Aug 23, 8:30 to 10 a.m.

Info: Start your morning with a brisk walk to see plants growing in the gardens. Return to Garden Cafe to enjoy a light breakfast and hear interesting facts about oak trees.

DAHLIA SHOW

When: Aug. 24, noon to 4 p.m.; Aug. 25, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

What: Mahoning Valley Dahlia Society’s 10th Annual Dahlia Show

Where: Davis Education Center in Fellows Riverside Gardens, Mill Creek MetroParks.

Details: Judges will select special blooms from hundreds for awards and the Court of Honor.

DIAGNOSTIC CLINIC
