Bargain shoppers come out to Bolotin Furniture

HERMITAGE, Pa. — The bargain shoppers arrived in droves to find the best deals as a city business starting its going-out-of-business sale after more than a century of operation.

Bolotin Furniture was founded in 1906 by Simon Bolotin and has remained family owned. Four generations of Bolotins have operated the store which is now located at 3056 E. State St.

The parking lots at the store overflowed into neighboring businesses and customers sat down on various furniture items staking their claim waiting on employees to ring up their sales.
