Antique Tractor Club’s annual show set in Vienna

VIENNA

The Antique Tractor Club of Trumbull County, 1653 Ridge Road, will have its annual tractor show Friday through Sunday.

This year’s show will feature Ferguson tractors and equipment, and special guests the Ferguson Enthusiasts of North America (FENA) that will have its Ferguson Expo 2013 at the Vienna club this weekend. Members from across North America are expected to attend and showcase their prized tractors.

The weekend event kicks off Friday morning at 11 a.m. with tractor games followed by a members-only garden-tractor pull. At 6 p.m., the Ground Pounders Unlimited will be featured.

Saturday’s events begin at 9 a.m. with tractor games followed by a Parade of Power. At noon, FENA will have an auction featuring Ferguson and Ford tractor items. At 2 p.m., country/gospel singer Denise Starr will perform.

Sunday’s activities include church services by Dan Schall Ministries at 9 a.m. The Parade of Power will start at 10:30 a.m. followed by gospel music featuring the Fowler Worship Team at 11 a.m. The Big Tractor Pull (members-only) will begin at noon.

Events throughout the weekend include demonstrations, a dance exhibition by students of Julie’s Dynamic Dance Center and a basket auction every day.

Food, including breakfast and the club’s bean-soup specialty, will be available every day. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

Admission is $4 (free for children 12 and under). Admission will be free Friday only to those with military ID and anyone who brings a donation of nonperishable food items or paper goods.
